FAQ.
Coaches usually work in a goal-oriented manner and in the short to medium term using structured methods to achieve clear goals and usually provide support as neutral companions. As a mental mentor, I focus on a more personal and relationship-oriented collaboration. Through my experience with performance pressure, I share knowledge and insights to encourage personal development. For me, mentoring means offering guidance with trust and life wisdom, giving advice and helping to develop potential and achieve long-term goals.I don't want to judge either approach as better or worse. Just as I support the people I work with in discovering their true selves, I recognize my own potential and strengths primarily in the role of a mentor. You can find further information about my mentoring program under the heading " mentoring ".

The first conversation is about getting a feel for me and our collaboration. If you like it and are interested in continuing to work together, we can discuss all the details when we meet or at a relaxed meeting. Until then, you can find out more under the heading " work with me " :)
Basically yes. However, I would like to offer the opportunity to get to know each other personally. If we happen to be in the same city or nearby, we can meet each other or have mentoring sessions while taking a walk, in a café or at a location of your choice.
