We only share personal data with external entities if this is necessary for fulfilling a contract, if we are legally obligated to do so (e.g., sharing data with tax authorities), if we have a legitimate interest in the transfer under Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f of the GDPR, or if another legal basis permits the data transfer. When using processors, we only share personal data with processors based on a valid data processing agreement. In the case of joint processing, a joint processing agreement is established.

RIGHT TO RESTRICT PROCESSING
You have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data. You can contact us at any time for this. The right to restrict processing applies in the following cases:

  • If you dispute the accuracy of your stored personal data, we generally need time to verify this. During the verification period, you have the right to request the restriction of processing of your personal data.

  • If the processing of your personal data was unlawful, you can request the restriction of data processing instead of deletion.

  • If we no longer need your personal data, but you require it for the assertion, defense, or enforcement of legal claims, you have the right to request the restriction of processing your personal data instead of deletion.

  • If you have lodged an objection under Article 21 (1) GDPR, a balancing of interests between yours and our interests must be carried out. As long as it is not clear whose interests prevail, you have the right to request the restriction of processing your personal data.

If you have restricted the processing of your personal data, these data – except for storage – may only be processed with your consent, for the assertion, exercise, or defense of legal claims, to protect the rights of another natural or legal person, or for reasons of important public interest of the European Union or a member state.

4. DATA COLLECTION ON THIS WEBSITE
COOKIES
Our website uses so-called "cookies." Cookies are small data packets and do not cause any harm to your device. They are either temporarily stored for the duration of your session (session cookies) or permanently (permanent cookies) on your device. Session cookies are automatically deleted after your visit ends. Permanent cookies remain on your device until you delete them yourself or they are automatically deleted by your web browser.

Cookies may come from us (first-party cookies) or third-party companies (so-called third-party cookies). Third-party cookies allow the integration of specific third-party services within websites (e.g., cookies for processing payment services).

Cookies serve various functions. Many cookies are technically necessary as certain website functions would not work without them (e.g., shopping cart function or video display). Other cookies may be used to analyze user behavior or for advertising purposes.

Cookies necessary for performing the electronic communication process, providing specific functions you request (e.g., the shopping cart function), or optimizing the website (e.g., cookies to measure web audience) are stored based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, unless another legal basis is provided. The website operator has a legitimate interest in storing necessary cookies for the technically error-free and optimized provision of its services. If consent for the storage of cookies and similar recognition technologies has been requested, processing will be based solely on this consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TTDSG); consent can be revoked at any time.

You can configure your browser to inform you about the setting of cookies, allow cookies only in specific cases, exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or in general, and enable automatic deletion of cookies when closing the browser. Deactivating cookies may limit the functionality of this website.

Which cookies and services are used on this website can be found in this privacy policy.

SERVER LOG FILES
The provider of the site automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These include:

  • Browser type and browser version

  • Operating system used

  • Referrer URL

  • Hostname of the accessing computer

  • Time of the server request

  • IP address

This data is not merged with other data sources.

The collection of this data is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and optimization of its website – to achieve this, server log files must be collected.

CONTACT FORM
If you contact us via contact form, your details from the inquiry form, including the contact information you provide there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and for any follow-up questions. We will not share this data without your consent.

The processing of this data is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, if your inquiry is related to the fulfillment of a contract or is necessary for pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, processing is based on our legitimate interest in effectively handling inquiries addressed to us (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) or your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), if it has been requested; consent can be revoked at any time.

The data you enter in the contact form will remain with us until you request its deletion, revoke your consent to its storage, or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies (e.g., after your inquiry has been fully processed). Mandatory legal provisions – in particular retention periods – remain unaffected.

INQUIRIES VIA EMAIL, PHONE, OR FAX
If you contact us via email, phone, or fax, your inquiry, including all personal data resulting from it (name, inquiry), will be stored and processed by us for the purpose of addressing your concern.

The data you send us through contact inquiries will remain with us until you request its deletion, revoke your consent to its storage, or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies (e.g., after your issue has been fully processed). Mandatory legal provisions – in particular statutory retention periods – remain unaffected.

5. NEWSLETTER

NEWSLETTER DATA

If you wish to subscribe to the newsletter offered on the website, we require an email address from you, as well as information that allows us to verify that you are the owner of the provided email address and consent to receiving the newsletter. No additional data will be collected unless voluntarily provided. We use this data exclusively for sending the requested information and will not share it with third parties.

The processing of the data entered into the newsletter registration form is solely based on your consent (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR). You can revoke the consent you have given for the storage of data, the email address, and its use for sending the newsletter at any time, for example, through the “Unsubscribe” link in the newsletter. The legality of the data processing already carried out remains unaffected by the revocation.

The data you provide for the purpose of receiving the newsletter will be stored by us until you unsubscribe from the newsletter or the purpose no longer applies. After unsubscribing from the newsletter, the data will be deleted from the newsletter distribution list. We reserve the right to delete or block email addresses from our newsletter distribution list at our discretion, within the framework of our legitimate interest according to Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR.

Data that has been stored with us for other purposes remains unaffected.

After your unsubscription from the newsletter distribution list, your email address may be stored in a blacklist with us or the newsletter service provider, if necessary, to prevent future mailings. The data from the blacklist will only be used for this purpose and will not be merged with other data. This serves both your interest and our interest in complying with legal requirements for sending newsletters (legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR). The storage in the blacklist is not time-limited. You may object to the storage if your interests outweigh our legitimate interest.
